Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-27

1. Overview

FileFlip is a free file converter that needs no account and no payment. It currently offers 13 conversions across images and PDFs.

These terms apply to everyone who uses FileFlip, from the moment you start using it.

2. Everything runs in your browser, and we keep nothing

Conversions run entirely inside your browser. Neither the original file nor the result is sent to our server, so there is nothing on our side to keep.

That also means we cannot recreate or retrieve a file for you afterwards. Please save what you download.

Because the work happens on your device, there are practical limits: up to 50 files at once, and up to 200MB per file.

3. Your responsibilities

Only convert files you have the right to use. You are responsible for converting third-party work without permission.

You may not use the service to circumvent DRM or to strip watermarks without authorization. We do not provide those features.

Please do not send automated bulk requests that interfere with normal operation.

4. Rights in your output

What you convert is yours. You may use it commercially and you do not need to credit us.

Converting a file does not change whatever rights already applied to the original.

5. No warranty and limits of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that a conversion will be complete or fit for a particular purpose, so please check important documents yourself.

Conversions run in your browser, so results can vary with your device and browser.

If using FileFlip causes you loss, our liability is limited to what you paid us. Since the service is free and you paid nothing, that limit is zero.

That limit does not cover loss we cause through intent or gross negligence. In those cases the cap above does not apply.

6. Changes to the service

We may add, change or retire features. If a conversion tool is going away, we will say so in advance.

The service is free, so we cannot promise it will always be available.

7. Changes to these terms

We post changes on this page and update the last-updated date at the top of the document at the same time. That date is the effective date of the revised terms.

If a change works against you, we post it seven days before it takes effect. If the posting date and the effective date do not line up, that is our failure, and you may hold us to the dates.

The current version takes effect on September 27, 2026.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms and your use of the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

If a dispute arises, please write to us first at the address below. If it cannot be settled and litigation becomes necessary, the competent court is the one determined by the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

9. Contact

For questions about these terms or the service, use the address below. The contact page carries the same address, and both change together when it is updated.

For questions about how we handle data, please also see the contact section of the privacy policy.
