Terms of service

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the service, along with the rights and obligations of users and the operator.

• ‘Service’ means the web tool that composites screenshots into device frames in the browser and exports them as images.
• ‘User’ means a person who uses the service under these terms.
• ‘Upload’ means an image file the user opens in the editor.
• ‘Export’ means an image file created in the editor and downloaded by the user.

• These terms are posted on the service and can be read at any time.
• When the terms change, the change and its effective date are posted on this page. Continuing to use the service after that date counts as agreement to the revised terms.

• The service is free and can be used without creating an account.
• Compositing and exporting run in the user's browser. Uploads are not sent to a server.
• Exported files carry no watermark.

• Screens and features may change where operations or technical needs require it.
• The service may be suspended for maintenance, faults, or other reasons. Where advance notice is possible, it is given.

• Only upload images you own or are licensed to use.
• Do not upload images that infringe copyright, portrait rights, or trademarks of others.
• Do not send excessive automated requests or work around the request-rate limit.
• Do not copy or redistribute the service screens or code without permission.

• Rights in an upload stay with the user. The operator never receives uploads, so they are neither stored nor used.
• Exported files may be used freely, including for commercial purposes.
• No attribution is required for exported files.

• Rights in the layout, wording, and code of the service belong to the operator.
• Using the service does not transfer those rights to the user.

• This service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any device manufacturer.
• Manufacturer wordmarks and logos have been removed from the frames, but their shapes may still bring a specific product to mind. Trademarks shown and rights in the device designs belong to their respective owners.

• The service is provided as is, with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• The maximum export scale and the processing speed depend on the device and browser in use.
• Responsibility for how exported files are used rests with the user. Damage caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence of the operator is not excluded.

Uploads and exports are not kept on a server, so work cannot be restored for you. Download and keep the files you need.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Disputes arising from use of the service are heard by the court designated under the Civil Procedure Act.
